Having bought an Audi Q3 from Luxe Motor Group which I was very happy with, there was an issue with the parcel shelf. Gareth and Tony were very helpful and moved heaven and earth to get this issue resolved for me which they did today. Wonderful! Went to look at a Mercedes and bought it. Gareth was so helpful and polite. I Had a test drive no problem, buying a second hand car always makes me nervous Gareth put me at ease and he answered the phone if I called him, he even delivered my car to me . The car is absolutely lovely, it was delivered to me all clean and had been valeted . I’m so pleased and I know Gareth is on the end of the phone if I need him. I can fully recommend them.
